Our client owned a compact stand nestled on a bustling boulevard adjacent to the beach, catering to a steady stream of tourists and local enthusiasts alike. The original commercial space, measuring approximately 4 x 4 square meters, offered the opportunity for expansion with the addition of sunshades and roofs, granting an additional 1.5 meters of space surrounding the stand.

Our proposal revolved around transforming this limited space into a vibrant sushi bar, ingeniously connected to a well-equipped kitchen situated at the rear. The layout and kitchen equipment were meticulously designed to seamlessly balance the demands of preparing sushi dishes in the front of the house while efficiently handling preparation tasks in the kitchen. This integrated approach ensured both functionality and aesthetic appeal, enhancing the overall dining experience.
