We have meticulously crafted the design for the common areas in this remarkable building project.

Starting with the Pool Area, we employed a clever mix of two distinct flooring materials to not only guide circulation but also create distinct virtual zones within the rooftop pool environment.

Adjacent to the pool, we strategically positioned a bar that boasts an exceptional vantage point. This is a place where patrons can enjoy special gatherings or unwind after a day’s work. In our design, we’ve embraced a sophisticated and dramatic color scheme, featuring luxurious materials such as Marquina marble, black square tiles, and captivating monochromatic art.

For the Gym, we conceived a space defined by clean lines and a rectangular form that seamlessly extends from the floor to the walls and ceiling. This innovative design approach allowed us to integrate various textures to serve different functions within the gym area.
